Peter McCreanor is the founder and CEO of Tribe Infrastructure Group. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business and deal execution.
Since Tribe’s establishment as a boutique advisory firm, Peter has counselled a broad range of clients including global investment banks, pension funds, private equity, and government entities on major infrastructure transactions in the Middle East, Australia and Asia. He has been instrumental in establishing Tribe’s development arm in Australia, including leading the bid to procure the AUD 400 million East Rockingham Resource Recovery Facility in 2017.
Prior to establishing Tribe, Peter served at the Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) as the CEO of the Macquarie-led ZonesCorp Infrastructure Fund, a co-investment fund with the Government of Abu Dhabi, established for the development of industrial city assets under one of the region’s first public private partnership schemes. His 25 years’ experience also includes other senior roles with Macquarie and Lend Lease in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East.

James Cook is an Executive Director at Tribe Infrastructure Group and Head of Tribe Advisory. He is responsible for growing and developing Tribe’s Advisory business, including fostering enduring client relationships and overseeing active advisory mandates.
At Tribe, James has brought his significant expertise to a number of notable transactions, including acting as financial advisor to the sponsors for an 1,800 MW CCGT IPP in the Northern Emirates, advisor to the sponsors of the UAE’s first project financed Waste to Energy facility, and advisor to a UAE Government Entity for a USD 800 million IPP.
Prior to joining Tribe, James was a project director at the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) where he was involved in a number of greenfield power and water development projects including the USD 1 billion Abu Dhabi Waste to Energy project. Before which, James was an Associate Director at Ernst & Young in Abu Dhabi within the infrastructure and project finance team. He has previously also served as a commercial manager at United Utilities PLC in the UK, focused on the development of public private partnership projects in the water, wastewater, and solid waste sectors.
James holds a BSc with honours in Environmental Technology, a MEng (distinction) in Environmental Engineering and Project Management, and a post graduate diploma in Finance from the London School of Business and Finance.

Ed Nicholas is an Executive Director at Tribe Infrastructure Group and heads the company’s Development arm as well as its operations in Australia. He is responsible for identifying early-stage projects for co-investment, focusing on the Australian waste to energy sector, and leads the company’s joint venture with Masdar.
Prior to joining Tribe in early 2016, he worked with Mubadala Investment Company for eight years, where he served as the General Counsel, Industry. He has a strong background in emerging markets, having led numerous multi-billion dollar M&A, project finance and joint venture transactions across Europe, the MENA region, and South East Asia for Mubadala. Prior to this, Ed held senior legal roles with BlueScope Steel (Port Kembla, Australia), DFDL Mekong (Phnom Penh, Cambodia) and Clayton Utz (Sydney, Australia).

Christina joined Tribe in late 2020 after twelve years in the United Arab Emirates, including four years with Mubadala Investment Company, where she supported the Aerospace, Renewables and ICT platform. Christina has over fifteen years of experience, including advising and leading on significant cross border, multi-jurisdictional transactions in the Middle East, Europe and the U.S.
She has a strong background in greenfield project development and project financing, and also brings experience in M&A and private equity, particularly in the utilities, technology and aviation sectors. Prior to Mubadala, Christina held legal roles at US firm Vinson & Elkins and magic circle firm, Allen & Overy.

Nicolas Jarrosson is a director with Tribe. His recent transactions at Tribe include the financial advisory to a consortium of international developers for the non-recourse financing of their 1,800MW gas-fired power plant project in the UAE. Nico has also recently advised Veolia on the project debt financing for its bids for Shuqaiq IWP and Jeddah ISTP (KSA) as well as Taweelah IWP (UAE).
Prior to joining Tribe, Nicolas led a strategic review of the Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates power and water sector for the Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority (EAA). Prior to his work at EAA, Nicolas was a senior executive at TAQA responsible for the management of Abu Dhabi’s strategic shareholding in eight power and water plants.
